Goodwill is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, and operates globally in 17 countries. Utilizing funding from over 3,000 retail stores, Goodwill strives to meet the needs of all job seekers, placing over 312,000 people into employment in 2015. Founded in 1902 by a minister named Rev. Edgar J. Helms, Goodwill now sits as one of the largest non-profits in the world, worth over $5.59 billion.
